PAYMENT

Our online store is available to clients worldwide (excluding Bahrain). 1. You can pay for your order by EFT. All our bank’s details are on our invoices. Just send us a request for the invoice. 2. Also we accept credit or debit card payments. We do this through the external company PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your goods but you will need a credit or debit card. We do not store or use any of your card details. For more information, please take a look at PayPal’s Privacy Policy.

DELIVERY

Your parcels are hand packed from our Headquarters in Woonona, Australia and delivered straight to your door. We offer a standard delivery service by courier TNT Express, Schenker or Australia Post. Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please note our factory, warehouse and offices are closed on public holidays in Australia and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods. Our shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order and destination

ORDER STANDARD PROCESSING TIME

Usual order processing time: – For small orders (up to 30 kg) including sample pots, sample kits and sample folders is 1-2 business days. – For orders, 50 kg – 100 kg is 3-5 business days – For orders over 100kg is up to 10 business days. We start processing the order after the money arrived onto our account. If you have an urgent order (quicker than standard processing time), we will charge an extra 20% of an invoice material cost. We will process the urgent order in priority.
