Standard range of "Liquid Metal" coatings
"Liquid Metal" by Liqmet™ is a range of unique sprayable and brushable metals that are applied using a cold-spray coating process that cures at room temperature.
These are real metals in liquid form!
You do not need to have any special location or equipment to produce and process your metal surfaces. The metal coatings can be applied onto virtually any surface such as timber, plastic, MDF, fibrecement, etc, in millimeter thicknesses to create a look and feel of solid metal. For example, the cost of a 1 meter height sculpture covered with "Liquid Metal" will be up to 15 times cheaper then to produce the same sculpture through casting.
Our metal coatings can be applied continuously so there is no problem with seams showing. Also, unlike metal sheeting, when damaged (punctured, dented or buckled) it can be repaired, on site, to its original condition.
Manufacturers, designers and artists can achieve the authentic look of metal on signs, doors, architectural projects, custom tiles, furniture, sculptures, etc.
We produce "Liquid Metals" in 2 viscosities (Brush and Spray) in eleven colours: bronze, brass, gold, iron, platinum, copper, dark bronze, aluminum, zinc, rose alloy, pewter. Any of our Liqmet metals can be mixed together to create custom-made metal colour.
